New Customer Service Manager
Welcome to our new Customer Service Manager!
Printing & Mailing Services is excited to announce a change for one of our team members. John McMillen has been chosen as our new Customer Service Manager after working as one of our Digital Printing Consultants since July.
John has worked in the design and printing industry for almost 25 years and brings a high level of skills and knowledge to the position. He is extremely passionate about providing excellent customer service and helping others to achieve and exceed their goals.
John and his wife Terri have three grown boys, four handsome grandsons and three beautiful granddaughters. Having raised their family in Western Oregon since 1982, he and his wife spent the past six years in Montana, living in a cabin alongside the Yellowstone River. They are happy to be back in Oregon, close to family and here with the OSU community.
