Ordering Toner Supplies
Follow this link to the Ikon website to order toner supplies. If you have not ordered supplies through their website before, you will need to go through a simple registration process (look for the Register button on the bottom right side of the page).
All your supplies, with the exception of paper, are included in your cost-per-copy maintenance. When you need to order supplies, please call (888) 456-6457. Be prepared to provide your SID#. The Order Taker will verify your name and address, as well as the fact that your supplies are included in your maintenance contract. Supplies normally take between 2-3 days to arrive from day of order. Please call for toner/staples when you put your last carton in the copier.

Service
Your service, including all parts, is included in your cost per copy charge. When you need to place a service request, please call (888) 456-6457. The call will be answered by an automated system. Touch 2, then touch 0 and your call will be answered by a Call Center Representative. Please provide your SID# and verify your name, address, phone number, and service concern. If you would prefer to place your service calls via e-mail go to our website utilizing this link: www.ikon.com . Click on Access Customer Support Services and under Service Request choose Submit an Equipment Service Request Online. Complete the form and touch Submit Request. Within a few minutes, you will receive an e-mail confirming your service request. If you do not receive a confirmation number within 15 minutes, call the toll-free number listed above.

Training
If you have not yet received training on your new copier, or if you want a refresher course, please call Pat Carlson at (503) 603-8612. In order to schedule one of our trainers, she will need to know your copier model and SID#.
Meter Reading
One of the benefits of OSU's new digital copier contract is that you no longer have to worry about meter reads. If your new unit is connected to the campus network, Printing & Mailing Services will be electronically capturing your monthly usage. You may also submit your meter reads by email, sending to officecopier@oregonstate.
From time to time you may have questions or concerns regarding your billing. Please contact Printing & Mailing Services.

One of IKON's Customer Care Center Representatives will listen and either transfer you to the correct department or begin a "fact finding mission" and return your call with the requested information.
