Turn-Around Times
Printing and Mailing Services strives to provide you with quality, error-free products. To ensure adequate processing and production time to complete your order in a satisfactory manner, please see our guidelines below. For time-sensitive projects or special requests, please contact us at 541-737-4941 prior to placing your order. Standard turn-around times are an approximate time frame and should not be misunderstood as promised deadlines.
Please keep in mind that pick-up, proofing, and delivery options all affect your expected turn-around time. “Business days” refers to operating hours only and does not include weekends or holidays.
Proofing: Most proofs are available for review 24 hours after all necessary files and information have been supplied to Printing & Mailing. Complex pieces and mailing jobs may require more time.
Pick up/delivery: Printing & Mailing conveniently offers complimentary pick-up and delivery of print jobs for all on-campus locations via campus mail or campus parcel. Requests to pick-up or deliver via campus mail may delay processing or delivery up to one business day.
Files: Improperly prepared files, omissions or errors may cause a delay.
