Printing & Mailing Services

Looking to print a poster larger than 14"x20"? We work closely with a local vendor to create beautiful displays and posters. We prefer that you send us a high-quality pdf file, but we also accept Photoshop and PowerPoint file formats.

Large format prints require a minimum three day turnaround. If you need a job finished faster than that, just make your deadline known. 

Need a new tradeshow display or wall mural for your office?  P&M can help you develop your concept, provide a graphic draft, and collaborate with our vendors and campus resources for materials and mounting.

Paper

Heavyweight Bond- Ideal for printing and posters and short term projects.

Polypropylene - Perfect for photographs, Polypro is one of our most popular papers.

Adhesive Vinyl - Think of this as a giant sticker. 

Vinyl Banner - Suitable for indoor or outdoor use, banner material is waterproof and include grommets for hanging. 

Backlit Film - Do you have a light box? Then backlit film is what you are looking for.

Mounting Materials

Foamcore - Lightweight and typical for posters, foamcore is a good options for short-term projects.

Gatorboard - Our most used substrate, gatorboard is more rigid than foamcore and will last longer!

Bioboard - Made from 60% post consumer materials, Bioboard is an attractive environmentally friendly option. 

Sintra - Great for indoor and outdoor uses, Sintra is a waterproof option for mounting. 

Lamination

2mil Cold Single Sided Laminate - Offered in gloss or matte, the cold lam is a great inexpensive way to preserve your prints. Glossy laminate also adds an extra UV protectant. 

Hot Laminate - Looking for a double sided laminate with a border? Then you are looking for a hot laminate. Laminate is offered in Gloss (3mil or 5mil) Satin (3mil or 5mil) and Gloss (3mil or 5mil).
