How do I place a service call or order supplies?

All service calls and supplies (excluding paper) are included in your lease. You can order online at my.ricoh-usa.com (or call the number on the Ricoh sticker located on the front of the copier). If you aren’t already registered select “Register new user >” on the login screen. You’ll need the 8-digit Equipment ID located on the Ricoh sticker on the front of the machine when ordering supplies or placing a service call.

There is no cost for shipping supplies via UPS Ground. If your toner won't arrive on time, we keep spare toner cartridges for all models. We can provide you with a loaner, then when yours comes in you can replace it. If you’d like to borrow from us, contact office.copier@oregonstate.edu and we can either send it via campus mail or you can come out to our Research Way location to pick it up.

How do we recycle empty toner cartridges?

Campus recycling does not accept empty Ricoh toner cartridges, but you can access Ricoh's recycling program here. Scroll down the page to the link below. It will take you to a fillable UPS form. You can send your package via campus mail to Printing & Mailing to ship UPS.

What print driver should I use?

We recommend that you do not use the Universal Driver for your Ricoh copier. The IM Series (newer models) may not have full printing functionality when using the Universal Driver. You can go here to download the individual PCL 6 driver for your model of Ricoh Multifunction Copier.

Can Printing and Mailing supply paper?

We offer fast and free delivery via Campus Mail. Use our Copier Paper Order Form to order white 20# 8.5"x11", 8.5"x14", and 11"x17".
