Tuesday - Closed
Wednesday - 9am-12pm
Thursday - Closed
Friday - 9am-12pm

OSU Printing and Mailing Services remains open as a critical university function during Oregon State University’s efforts to reduce the risk and spread of COVID-19 and remain in compliance with Gov. Kate Brown’s Executive Order 20-12, Stay Home, Save Lives.  To the maximum extent possible, all Printing and Mailing Services employees will using maximum social distancing.

It is our intention, to the best of our ability, for Printing and Mailing Services to fully provide for the printing, mailing, shipping and other OSU customer needs.

P&M Service Changes:
  • There will be no daily campus mail delivery on campus to OSU Corvallis campus buildings.
  • Direct mail service by the U.S. Postal Service will continue to OSU residence halls and buildings that currently receive mail service directly from the Postal Service.
  • All incoming U.S. Postal Service processed mail will be sorted and available to be picked up each Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to noon at Printing Mailing Services center at 4700 S.W. Research Way.
    • Incoming mail will be sorted by OSU department and placed in mail trays for an OSU department representative to pick up the mail
  • Printing and Mailing Services will maintain social distancing practices during pick up times.
  • Departments will need to provide Printing and Mailing Services a list of authorized individuals for mail pickup by e-mailing digital.printing@oregonstate.edu or by calling 541-737-4941.
  • University or state-issued identification will be required for pickup of mail and packages.
  • Until further notice, no outgoing mail will be picked up on campus
  • All outgoing U.S. Postal Service mail will be processed by Printing and Mailing Services staff at the Research Way facility
  • Outgoing mail can be dropped off by OSU employees from 9 a.m. to noon on Monday, Wednesdays or Fridays.
  • Until further notice, no personal USPS sales will be done at this time.
  • For assistance with personal USPS services, please visit the Corvallis Post Office.
  • OSU’s shipping center located within the EH&S Annex will be open from 8:30 to 11:30 Monday, Wednesday and Friday for outgoing package drop-offs. This center also serves as a destination for commercial and special shipments.
  • ALL deliveries of incoming UPS, FedEx and DHL shipments will be rerouted from being delivered on campus in Corvallis to the Research Way location.
    • OSU employees or departments should continue to utilize their customary campus office or department address for future parcel shipments being provided by UPS, FedEx and DHL. 
  • UPS, FedEx and DHL package delivery will continue to OSU residence hall centers. 
  • OSU clients anticipating a delivery by UPS, FedEx or DHL should check online for the status of their delivery by UPS, FedEx or DHL.
  • Incoming shipments will be available for pickup at Printing and Mailing’s Research Way facility, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to noon.
  • Printing and Mailing Services will maintain social distancing practices during pick up times.
  • Departments will need to provide Printing and Mailing Services a list of authorized individuals for mail pickup by emailing digital.printing@oregonstate.edu or by calling 737.4941.
  • University or state-issued identification will be required for pickup of mail and packages
  • Some federally regulated items will still be delivered directly where applicable (i.e. medications)
    • If departments, such as Student Health Services or the College of Pharmacy, are planning on being closed they will need to make arrangements for incoming regulated shipments.
  • Printing and bulk mail operations on behalf of the university will operate from 7 a.m. to noon, Monday, Wednesday and Friday
  • P&M will have limited onsite production staff during those time
  • All prepress and non-critical staff will continue to work remotely
  • P&M will exercise social distancing protocols on production floor during operations
  • Xpress Stop location will remain closed
  • Printing and Mailing Services Corvallis campus freight staff will continue to process incoming and outbound freight
